Role Description The Sr. Advocate (Real Estate) Redevelopment is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of redevelopment and real estate transactions. The role involves drafting, reviewing,



and negotiating redevelopment agreements, title documents, conveyance deeds, and other property-related contracts; coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary; and ensuring all documentation complies with applicable laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal due diligence on properties, managing approvals and interactions with regulatory and statutory bodies, and advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies. The Sr. Advocate will work closely with project, planning, and finance teams to align legal frameworks with business objectives, support dispute resolution when required, and maintain organized legal records and tracking systems for multiple ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Robust expertise in real estate law, including redevelopment regulations, RERA, land acquisition, and municipal and urban development laws.
