We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer with expertise in implementing and configuring ITOM suite components, integrations, and scripting. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge of infrastructure environments, monitoring tools, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM suite components, including:
CSDM
CMDB
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
Required Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.
Familiarity with SDLC processes.
Technical Skills
ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.
Intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments.
Scripting and RegEx expertise:
JavaScript
Unix Shell scripting
Windows scripting
PowerShell
Integration experience using REST API, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP.
