Role Description The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, and visual concepts for client projects and internal initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing 3D models, setting up lighting and materials, creating animations and motion sequences, and collaborating with graphic designers to ensure cohesive visual outputs. The role involves refining designs based on feedback, optimizing assets for different platforms, and maintaining consistent design standards and project documentation.



This is a full-time role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
Strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed, production-ready assets.
Experience with Lighting and Animation for 3D scenes, including rendering, motion, and visual effects.
Proficiency in Graphic Design to integrate 3D elements with overall visual branding and layouts.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite or related software).
Ability to interpret creative briefs, work within brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and create interior views as well as facades.
Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D work in hospitality industry is a plus.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
