About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead hiring in India. This role is responsible for recruiting across functions in India, directly managing a team supporting tech and non-tech hiring and overseeing a Recruiting Manager responsible for ops / volume hiring.
This is a dedicated people leadership role with significant executive exposure. You will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner to VP and SVP level leaders in the region, while ensuring global alignment through your management of regional leadership. Hands-on recruiting for senior Director-level and above positions as needed.
What You’ll Do
Lead and shape India hiring strategy in close partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Lead and develop the India recruiting team, including 2 - 5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing
