?Role Overview




We are looking for an energetic, polished, and persuasive leader to head Algo8's Sales and Pre-Sales functions, with ownership of Marketing as a supporting engine, from our Noida office. This is a front-line leadership role: the person personally drives senior client conversations, owns the commercial pipeline end-to-end — from generating and qualifying opportunities, through shaping and pricing proposals, to clean handover into delivery — and builds and directs the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing team.
The person works closely with the Founder on international expansion, with Key Account Managers on major accounts, and with internal technical teams during consulting-led diagnostics and blueprinting. Success is measured by qualified pipeline converted into confirmed orders — not activity for its own sake.
