We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can turn business problems into working technology, quickly.
The Role
We are looking for a builder.
Someone who understands coding and software development, but has also figured out how to use the current generation of AI development tools to build significantly faster.

You should be comfortable using tools such as Claude Code, Lovable, Emergent and other AI coding platforms to go from an idea or business requirement to a working internal application, dashboard or automation.
A large part of your role will be understanding how different teams at Indian Garage operate, identifying their problems and building technology to solve them.

What You'll Build
You will build internal technology and data products across the organisation, including:
● Management dashboards
● Sales dashboards
● D2C performance dashboards
● Marketplace dashboards
● Inventory dashboards
● Marketing dashboards
● Merchandising and category dashboards
● Business intelligence tools
● Internal applications
● Workflow automation tools
● AI-powered internal tools
● Reporting and alerting systems

The objective is to make important company data easier to access, understand and act on.

What You'll Do

1. Build Internal Applications
Understand business requirements and convert them into functional internal tools.
Use traditional development as well as AI-assisted development platforms to rapidly prototype, build and deploy applications.
