Role Summary:
Owns execution quality, performance optimization, and scaling of campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive speed of execution (campaign setup, testing, scaling)
Ensure performance consistency across accounts
Manage cross-team alignment (creative, landing pages, analytics)
Monitor and optimize key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Implement A/B testing frameworks (creatives, audiences, funnels)
Ensure tracking accuracy (pixels, events, conversions)
Mentor executives and review campaign setups
