Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Srinagar. This role is responsible for managing and growing the company’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media strategies,



creating and scheduling engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on analytics. The Social Media Manager will interact with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and coordinate with design, content, and IT teams to ensure brand consistency. The role also involves tracking trends, identifying opportunities for audience growth, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
