Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring that architecture, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, monitoring progress, and addressing risks or issues that may impact delivery. The role also involves liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing status reports, tracking milestones,



and maintaining documentation to support high-quality project outcomes. This is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur, requiring regular collaboration with local teams and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, schedule, and monitor all phases of architecture, interior design, and PMC projects, from design development through construction and handover.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans using MS Project.
Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
Prepare and maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards using Google Sheets for internal and client reporting.
Conduct data analysis on project costs, time
