The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting the organization’s financial operations. The role will involve maintaining accurate accounting records, processing invoices and payments, preparing reconciliations, assisting with GST and TDS compliance, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring timely
completion of routine accounting tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Good knowledge of day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other basic statutory compliances.
Proficiency in bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.




Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work with internal teams, vendors, and auditors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.
Good knowledge of day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Experience in bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Good knowledge of MIS reporting, month-end closing, and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
Experience in startups, e-commerce, logistics, mobility, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS
