Role Purpose
The Head of Human Resources will lead the global HR function, driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership to build a scalable, high-performance organization capable of supporting TAC Security's rapid growth across global markets.
The HR Head will be responsible for creating a people-first culture while ensuring business objectives are achieved through effective workforce planning, leadership development, and HR operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the organization's HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Build scalable HR processes to support rapid global expansion.
Drive strategic HR initiatives that improve organizational performance and employee productivity.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related decisions.




Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end global recruitment strategy across technical, sales, product, cybersecurity, and corporate functions.
Build a robust employer brand to attract top talent.
Optimize recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
Develop talent pipelines for critical and leadership positions.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring budgets.
Performance Management
Design and manage performance management frameworks including goal setting, KPIs, OKRs, and annual reviews.
Implement performance improvement initiatives and reward programs.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.
Support leadership in performance coaching and talent development.
Learning & Development
Build leadership development programs.
Identify capability gaps and develop training initiatives.
