Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life across design, video, content, and branding. Someone who is comfortable designing, experimenting, and trying new tools.

You’ll create everything from social media posts, carousels, and performance ads to reels, UGC edits, blog banners, and brand creatives. You’ll work closely with the content team to understand briefs, come up with visual concepts, design and edit the assets, and take them all the way to the final output.

Key Responsibilities

Design static creatives, carousels, ads, social media posts, and campaign assets for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
Create video content, reels, UGC edits, motion graphics, and short-form video assets.
Develop AI-generated images, videos,



and creative assets using emerging AI tools.
Design SEO/blog banners, thumbnails, and supporting visual assets.
Create branding and campaign creatives for both digital and offline applications.
Translate marketing briefs and ideas into strong visual concepts and executions.
Adapt creatives into different formats, dimensions, and platform requirements.
Work with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns and content calendars.
Explore new design, AI, and creative tools to improve the quality and speed of production.
Maintain consistency across CredFix’s visual identity and brand language.

Required Skills

Strong visual design and creative thinking.
Good understanding of composition, typography, colour, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing.
Ability to create creatives that are both visually strong and performance-oriented.
