We are hiring for Oracle Unity Solution Lead role.

7+ years of experience in customer data platform (CDP) or marketing technology solutions, with hands-on implementation of Oracle Unity CDP across at least 2–3 full lifecycle engagements.
Deep expertise in Oracle Unity data model, ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation to downstream channels (e.g., Oracle Responsys/Eloqua, Adobe, or other martech).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solution designs, including data mapping, unified customer profiles, and audience orchestration.
Solid SQL and data integration skills (APIs, batch/streaming ingestion, ETL) with experience handling large-scale enterprise customer datasets.
Experience leading client-facing workshops, solution architecture reviews, and guiding cross-functional delivery teams through implementation milestones.
Familiarity with data governance, privacy/compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and identity management best practices in a CDP context.
Oracle CX/Unity certifications and prior experience in a consulting or implementation-partner environment strongly preferred.
