Assessment & Pipeline Management: Screen candidates thoroughly across technical competency, career trajectory, motivation, compensation expectations, and cultural alignment.
Candidate Representation: Present candidate profiles with structured recruiter insights, highlighted strengths, and concrete evidence of role fit.
Interview & Process Coordination: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, collect structured feedback, and maintain seamless communication across both candidates and hiring teams.
