Role Description The Human Resources Executive at CookandChef India will manage day-to-day HR operations to support a growing, fully remote team in the food-service technology space. This full-time remote role includes overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, and coordinating performance management activities. The role involves handling employee relations, addressing concerns in a timely and fair manner, and promoting a positive, inclusive work culture.



The Human Resources Executive will draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, and collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development. Regular responsibilities also include supporting payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Qualifications

Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end people processes.
Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and HR data management.
Skills in Employee Relations, with the capacity to handle grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including drafting, implementing, and updating guidelines in line with labor laws.
