Business Analyst – Core Banking
Experience: 8–15+ Years
Location: Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra
Must-Have Skills
Strong functional knowledge of Core Banking, especially CASA, Deposits, Loans, Trade Finance and related accounting.
Hands-on experience working on a Core Banking system/product.
Experience in Loans Operations / Trade Finance Operations is an added advantage.
Strong experience in business requirement gathering, functional specifications, solution definition and implementation.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including Bank customers/business teams.
Customer-facing / prospect interaction experience is mandatory.
Robust analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, MS Teams, etc.
