Job Purpose
Drive sales and inventory planning across marketplaces by analyzing sales trends, forecasting demand, placing replenishment orders with the merchandising team, and optimizing inventory allocation across channels to maximize sales, sell-through, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze daily and weekly sales across all portals (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, AJIO, D2C, etc.).
• Forecast demand at SKU, size, and channel level.
• Identify quick-moving and slow-moving styles.
• Raise replenishment orders with merchandising and track execution.
• Allocate inventory using Sales Velocity, ST%, Base Stock, ROS, WOC, channel priority and marketing plans.
• Publish dashboards for ST%, ROS, Base Stock, Fill Rate, Stock Cover, Stock Ageing, Size Availability, Lost Sales and GMV Forecast vs Actual.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Buying, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Marketplace and Finance teams.

Experience

• 4–7 years in Merchandise Planning, Inventory Planning or Retail Planning.
• Fashion/Apparel E-commerce experience preferred.

• Improve sell-through through optimized allocation.
• Maintain optimal base stock across channels.
