Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role at NPrep is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with nursing students and professionals, and effectively presenting NPrep’s products and services. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for qualifying leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and following up with prospective learners to support conversions. Daily tasks include responding to queries, providing accurate information,
updating CRM systems with interactions and outcomes, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with campaigns. The role also requires meeting defined sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and representing NPrep’s values in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and pipeline management.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects and supporting learners.
Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and use data to improve sales performance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
