Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing all core HR functions within the facility. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support production and corporate teams.



The HR Manager will administer HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily activities involve handling payroll inputs, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, and grievance resolution. The role also includes partnering with leadership on organizational development, training and development programs, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Robust skills in HR operations and administration, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling to support a positive and inclusive workplace.
