The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize sales processes, and ensure effective order-to-cash operations.

n.Identify process improvements and recommend best practices for optimizatio
n.Provide support for issue resolution, debugging, and system enhancement
s.Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UA
