The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role for an HR qualified who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations while helping us build more effective and structured HR systems.

Key Focus Areas

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Performance Appraisal Management

• Employee Engagement & Relations

• HR Operations & Administration

• HR Policies & Process Implementation





• Continuous Improvement of HR Systems

What We’re Looking For

• 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience

• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations

• Good understanding of performance management and employee engagement

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented approach

• UAE HR experience will be an advantage
