Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of MDCs under the FOCO model.
• Handle inventory, stock movement, audits, and proper stock rotation.
• Coordinate with franchisees, DeHaat Captains (VRs), RMs,



and Tele Advisors.
• Ensure timely delivery of agricultural inputs to farmers/FPOs.
• Address customer and field-level queries and support service delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and transporters for procurement and logistic
• Maintain operational records, documentation, and compliance.
• Track store performance and share regular updates with management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture or an MBA in Agribusiness Management.
Strong ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with retailers, dealers, and lead farmers.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi.
