Role Description: We are seeking for an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the finance and accounting functions of a diversified group of companies across multiple business entities with strong knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting:




Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS preferred).
Audit & Finalization:
Independently handle statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other regulatory audits.
Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations efficiently.
Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and financial disclosures.
Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and regulatory filings.
Real Estate Accounting:
Account for project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and project profitability.
Monitor project-wise budgets and cost allocations.
Track customer receivables, advances, retention money, and project
