Job Purpose/ Summary

The SUP-CWC-Quality-NDT-Pipes is responsible for carrying out non-destructive testing and quality inspection activities to ensure that coated pipes meet customer specifications, project requirements, and applicable international standards. The role involves performing inspection activities during concrete weight coating operations, identifying defects, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems while supporting secure and efficient plant operations.

Job Description
Perform NDT inspections on pipes and welded joints in accordance with approved inspection procedures, customer specifications, and applicable international standards. Conduct Dye Penetrant Testing (DPT Level II. and evaluate inspection results for acceptance or rejection. Inspect coated pipes during various stages of the Concrete Weight Coating (CWC. process to ensure product quality and compliance. Identify, record, and report surface defects, coating damages, discontinuities, and non-conformities. Review inspection and test plans (ITPs., project specifications, and quality procedures before inspection activities. Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Operations teams to ensure timely inspections and resolution of quality issues.
