Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to assess their needs, strengths, and areas for improvement in relation to the CAT exam.
Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback, support, and encouragement.
Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and group sessions on topics related to CAT exam preparation.
Liaise with CAT exam coaching faculty to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the CAT exam structure, syllabus, and best practices for preparation.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract prospective students.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication, interpersonal,



and active listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathetic and compassionate, with a genuine desire to support students in their academic journey.
