Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and actively generate leads through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities. The role includes meeting prospective clients, understanding their interior design needs, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from initial contact to agreement.



The individual will collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of projects, maintain ongoing client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth targets. Regular market research, competitor analysis, and participation in promotional events are expected to support brand visibility and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for residential interior projects.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders, channel partners, and real estate professionals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Meet prospective clients and coordinate with the design team for presentations and proposals.
Manage follow-ups and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
