Job Description:
Strong experience in SAP HR/HCM Master Data management and maintenance.
Hands-on experience with Employee/Personnel Master Data, Organizational Management, and Personnel Administration.
Good knowledge of SAP HCM processes, Infotypes, Actions, Organizational Structure, and Personnel Administration.
Experience in data creation, validation, correction, and mass updates in SAP.
Positive understanding of HR business processes and integration with other SAP modules.
Experience in data migration, reporting, issue resolution, and production support.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
