Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Jodhpur. The Salesperson will identify and engage prospective customers for solar rooftop and PV solutions, conduct site visits, and present suitable product and system options. Responsibilities include explaining technical and financial benefits, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing sales in alignment with company targets.



The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with technical and installation teams, and ensuring timely follow-up and after-sales support. The Salesperson will also gather market insights, participate in local promotional activities, and represent Solar Pulse in a professional and informative manner.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets and build long-term customer relationships.
Basic understanding of solar energy concepts, rooftop PV systems, and the ability to explain technical and financial benefits clearly.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills, including ability to manage multiple leads, site visits, and follow-ups efficiently.
