As we expand across India, Africa, the Middle East, the United States, and other global markets, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our global financial strategy, institutional fundraising, investment management, and project financing.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director & CEO, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of Texor's Executive Leadership Team,



responsible for leading the Company's financial strategy while overseeing investment evaluation, capital allocation, treasury, project finance, fundraising, investor relations, financial governance, mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border financial operations.
The CFO will serve as the Company's principal financial and investment leader, evaluating strategic opportunities, determining project bankability, and making financial Go/No-Go recommendations for renewable energy and infrastructure projects across multiple international markets. This role requires balancing growth with financial discipline, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, optimizing capital deployment, and maximizing long-term shareholder value.
