We’re looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to help grow and manage PartnerLlama’s network of affiliates, publishers, media buyers, creators and social partners.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands performance marketing and ideally comes with an existing portfolio of affiliates, media buyers, publishers and creators they can activate.

What you'll do
Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates and performance partners.
Activate and grow your existing partner portfolio.
Source new affiliates, publishers, media buyers and creators.
Negotiate commissions, CPA deals and partnership terms.
Monitor and optimize partner performance.
Manage offers, conversions and payouts through affiliate tracking platforms.
Build relationships with advertisers and acquisition partners.
Attend affiliate, performance marketing and industry events when needed.
Represent PartnerLlama at events and help develop new business relationships.
Work directly with the founder to grow PartnerLlama's performance network.

What we're looking for
Previous experience as an Affiliate Manager,



Partnership Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or similar.
Solid understanding of affiliate and performance marketing.
Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, media buyers, creators or influencers.
A portfolio of partners you can bring and activate is a major advantage.
Experience negotiating CPA, commission and partnership deals.
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and understanding clicks, conversions, attribution and postbacks.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable attending conferences and networking events when required.
Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership in a growing startup.

Compensation

₹27,000 per month + performance bonus
In addition to the base compensation, you'll have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses tied to the revenue and results generated by the affiliate portfolio you manage.
