Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in
Figma to design visually engaging creatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate
should have a strong sense of aesthetics, branding, and layout, and be comfortable working
collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing, social media, websites, banners, and
other marketing materials
• Create layouts, visuals, and design assets using Figma
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs in terms of colour, typography, and visual style
• Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand design
requirements




• Revise and optimize designs based on feedback and performance insights
• Prepare final design files for digital use and handover to developers where required
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Figma (mandatory)
• Good understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, colour theory, spacing and composition
Experience designing for digital platforms (web and social media)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience in e-commerce or lifestyle/luxury brands is a plus
