About the Role
At 1Cell.AI, every case is a person navigating a cancer diagnosis. As a Patient Support Associate, you'll be their steady point of contact — owning each oncology case from order initiation to report delivery, and making sure patients and physicians always know where things stand.
This is patient-care coordination at the heart of precision oncology: part clinical coordination, part empathetic communication, part relentless follow-through. If you've supported patients or coordinated diagnostics before and want work that genuinely matters, this is it.
What You'll Own
Manage oncology cases end-to-end — sample movement, lab coordination, and TAT tracking
Be the empathetic point of contact for patients through the full case journey
Handle escalations and drive timely resolution of queries and concerns
Coordinate across lab, logistics, and clinical teams to keep cases moving
Keep every stage accurately and promptly updated
What We're Looking For
1-4 years in healthcare, diagnostics, oncology coordination, patient support, or healthcare operations




Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
The emotional steadiness to handle sensitive patient and caregiver conversations with empathy, clarity, and composure — often at their most anxious
Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-team coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication (English + [Hindi/Marathi])
Comfort in a fast-paced, startup setting (preferred)
