Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Fashion Consultant will guide customers in selecting designer apparel and accessories, providing personalized styling advice that aligns with their preferences, body types, and occasions. Daily responsibilities include understanding current collections, trends, and designers; presenting product options; and creating complete looks that reflect PSL’s luxury brand positioning.
The role involves delivering high-quality customer service on the shop floor, maintaining visual standards, supporting sales targets, and collaborating with store and merchandising teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience. The Fashion Consultant will also contribute feedback on customer preferences and emerging trends to help refine product curation and styling guidelines.
