Job Summary
The role holder is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP standards and collaborate with the auditors to provide continuous audit support through the audit period and ensure timely completion of the audit process of the Funds.

The role sits within the organization’s centralized fund accounting function, which performs the core accounting and reporting activities for multiple funds and jurisdictions. The position involves processing investment transactions, maintaining fund accounting books and records, preparing periodic NAV calculations, and supporting financial reporting for investment funds as required.

Role & Responsibilities
Financial Statement Preparation
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements for various funds in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Ensure that all financial statements are in compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Audit Support




- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors. Coordinate and provide necessary documentation, reports, and other relevant data required for the audit process.
- Liaise with the Fund Accounting team to ensure all accounting entries, valuations, and transactions are correctly documented and recorded.
- Address and resolve audit queries independently, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Cash & Bank Reconciliations
- Perform periodic bank and cash reconciliations.
- Monitor fund cash balances and reconcile with fund accounting records.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences.

Valuation Support & Financial Reporting
- Record investment valuations in accordance with valuation policies.
- Maintain valuation documentation and supporting calculations.
- Process valuation adjustments for NAV purposes.
