Role Summary:
The Engineer – Data Center Physical Infrastructure is responsible for the project and operation, monitoring, maintenance, and reliability of all critical physical infrastructure within the data center. This includes power systems, cooling systems, fire detection and suppression systems, building management systems (BMS), security systems, structured cabling, and coordination with vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with applicable standards.

HT/LT, transformers - Electrical Systems
UPS Systems
Diesel Generator (DG) Sets
Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
Battery Banks
Precision Air Conditioning (CRAC/CRAH) Units
Chillers and Cooling Systems
Fire Detection and Suppression Systems
Building Management System (BMS)
Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS)
CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all facility infrastructure.
Ensure continuous availability of critical systems and maintain targeted uptime.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in accordance with established SOPs and EOPs.
