Role Description This is an hybrid Sales Development / Business Development Representatives role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, Whitefield. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting inside sales activities, and managing lead generation campaigns through calls, emails, and social channels. Representatives will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present relevant solutions,



and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inbound and outbound leads, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging. The role also requires preparing basic sales reports and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to manage outreach and pipeline building.- Cold Calling
Proven Sales and Business Development experience in B2B or technology solutions environments.
