Role Overview
Own end-to-end marketing execution across LinkedIn, X, email, and communities
Create and publish daily content showcasing TenseAi use cases, features, and results
Run growth experiments for inbound leads, demos, and sign-ups
Manage product launches, feature announcements, and update campaigns
Work closely with product and sales to align messaging and GTM strategy
Own hiring for interns, full-time,



and contract roles end-to-end
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with speed and clarity
Manage onboarding, documentation, and internal HR processes
Build a robust culture aligned with ownership, speed, and autonomy
Handle employee queries, policies, attendance, and basic compliance
Support performance tracking, feedback cycles, and team engagement
Act as the bridge between founders and team members
