Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Social Media Manager with 4–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content strategy. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing and executing social media strategies, managing multiple platforms, identifying trends, driving audience growth, and using data-driven insights to improve brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives and manage monthly content calendars ensuring consistent and timely publishing
Manage, publish, schedule,



and cross-post content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
Create and oversee engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, short-form videos, captions, and platform-specific content
Identify trending topics, viral formats, hashtags, platform updates, and emerging trends and convert them into relevant content opportunities
Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and online communities while maintaining the brand's tone and voice
Analyze reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, conversions, and other key performance metrics to optimize content strategy
Collaborate with designers, content writers, SEO teams, and performance marketers to execute integrated campaigns
Use AI-powered tools for content ideation, research, copywriting, creative development, and content optimization
