Role Overview:
We are hiring on behalf of our partner company — a fast-growing Fintech App (digital banking, payments, lending) — for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and scale $500k–$1M+/month Google & Meta ad accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and operate Google & Meta ad accounts hands-on daily including campaign structure, budget pacing, bidding, and optimization across North America and LATAM markets.

• Scale user acquisition spend profitably while maintaining CPA, activation rate, and LTV:CAC targets, defending spend decisions with explicit data.
• Navigate financial services advertising policies on Meta and Google, ensuring campaigns remain compliant with platform and regulatory requirements around financial products.




• Partner with the creative lead to translate performance signals into actionable creative briefs and implement rigorous testing frameworks (ad formats, trust-building creative, UGC).
• Work closely with product and risk/compliance teams on funnel optimization — from install/sign-up through KYC completion and first transaction.
• Report metrics crisply to leadership including the head of performance, VP of growth, and CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on Google/Meta performance marketing experience for fintech, digital banking, payments, or lending apps.
• Personal management of Google & Meta budgets exceeding $500k+/month.
• Fluency in CPA, activation rate, LTV, and campaign architecture analysis for regulated financial products.
• Experience navigating ad policy restrictions specific to financial services (Meta Special Ad Category, Google financial products policy).
