Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role focuses on UGC planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Day-to-day activities include designing posts and stories, writing captions and copy,



editing short-form videos and reels, and coordinating with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand guidelines. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor trends, track performance metrics, and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. The role also involves collaborating with designers, video editors, and account managers to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery for multiple clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in UGC social media content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and short-form video editing.
