Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client engagement, sales support, and working in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment. You will play a key role in client outreach, relationship management, and supporting business growth in the Indian market — all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
2. Provide accurate information about our product, addressing customer concerns, questions and feedback
3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer personalised solutions and recommendations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Effectively escalate and report customer issues to concerned teams or supervisors when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
6. Identify processing improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Required Qualification:
Should have atleast 1 years of experience.
Fluent in Hindi and English.
