OBAN Music & Entertainments is a Delhi NCR-based entertainment and artist management company working across weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and destination events.
We help event planners, wedding planners, venues, corporates and private clients source and coordinate live artists, musicians, singers, anchors, DJs, bands, celebrity performers and unique entertainment experiences.
We're now looking for a Business Development & Sales Intern who can help us grow our network and bring in new business - with a primary focus on weddings and the wedding/event ecosystem.
? What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for actively finding and approaching potential business partners and clients, including:
Wedding planners and event planners
Wedding venues, banquet halls & hotels
Event management companies
Corporate event planners
Hospitality and entertainment businesses
The goal is easy:
build a strong partnership with prospects and convert those relationships into real bookings and revenue for OBAN.
Your work will involve:
Finding and qualifying recent leads through Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp and other platforms
Cold outreach through WhatsApp, calls, email and social media
Pitching OBAN's entertainment and artist-booking services
Building relationships with planners, venues and event companies
Following up with prospects and converting opportunities into bookings
Maintaining lead databases and tracking conversations
Identifying new markets and partnership opportunities
This is a hands-on sales role. You won't just be researching leads - you'll actually be expected to reach out, pitch and close.
? Performance-Based Earnings
This is a performance-based internship with no fixed stipend.
Your earning potential directly depends on the business you generate for OBAN.
Potential earnings: ₹10,000–₹5
