MGrow is a fast-growing career development platform expanding into Recruitment & Staffing Services. We are looking for an accomplished sales leader to build and scale our Staffing business by acquiring enterprise clients and driving sustained revenue growth.

About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, hunter-minded Business Development leader with a proven track record in Recruitment Consulting, Staffing, Workforce Solutions, or HR Services.
The successful candidate will own the complete business development function—from identifying new opportunities and acquiring enterprise clients to closing strategic deals and driving long-term revenue growth.
This is a pure Enterprise Sales and Business Development leadership role. It is not a Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Delivery position.

Key Responsibilities
Drive enterprise client acquisition and new business development.
Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Staffing & Recruitment vertical.
Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking,



and strategic partnerships.
Lead the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client presentations to proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.
Build relationships with CXOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Procurement Leaders, and Business Heads.
Achieve ambitious revenue and profitability targets.
Grow key accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
Mentor and guide the business development team while contributing to the organization's growth strategy.

Desired Profile
13+ years of successful Business Development experience in Recruitment Consulting, Staffing, Workforce Solutions, Executive Search, or HR Services.
Demonstrated success in Enterprise B2B Sales, New Client Acquisition, and Revenue Growth.
