? Key Skills & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a strong Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and expertise across:
✅ Oracle HCM Cloud OTL, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits & Absence Management
✅ Oracle Fusion Absence configuration, setup & administration
✅ Complex Fast Formulas for compensation calculations and business processes
✅ Workforce Compensation integrations with other HR systems
✅ Integrations with Payroll, Absence, Benefits & Oracle ERP Cloud (GL & PPM)
✅ Oracle PaaS components and integration with Oracle Fusion HCM Suite
✅ Advanced Oracle Fusion Benefits processes,



including Life Event Triggers & Collapsing Event Rules
✅ Troubleshooting Approval Workflows and creating Fast Formulas
✅ BI Reports development and troubleshooting in Oracle HCM
✅ Strong understanding of SLA frameworks and production support processes
✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support
