Role Description As an Insulation Engineer at Axess Group, you will work on-site in Gujarat, India in a full-time capacity, focusing on the design, specification, and implementation of thermal and acoustic insulation systems for industrial assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project requirements,



preparing insulation design calculations and material specifications, and developing installation drawings and technical documentation. You will collaborate with project engineers, construction teams, and suppliers to ensure insulation solutions meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards, and you will support site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting during installation and maintenance activities. The role also involves optimizing insulation for energy efficiency and corrosion protection, contributing to HSEQ initiatives, and participating in continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards.
