About the Role




Coding Ninjas is looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Campaign Manager to manage and scale our paid acquisition campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be solid with numbers, comfortable managing large campaign portfolios, and capable of translating campaign data into actionable insights that improve lead quality, conversions, CAC and overall marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and other relevant formats.
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, keywords, creatives and landing-page experiments.
Track and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion rate, ROAS, CTR and CPC.
Perform regular campaign, keyword, search-term, audience and creative-level analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
Work closely with creative, content, product and analytics teams to improve campaign performance.
