We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive our enterprise AI strategy,



build high-impact AI solutions, and lead the adoption of Generative AI across the organization. This strategic leadership role reports to the CTO and will be instrumental in delivering AI-driven business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience enhancement, and risk management excellence.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
✅ Lead initiatives across Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Predictive Analytics.
✅ Establish AI governance, responsible AI frameworks, and model risk management practices.
✅ Build and mentor a high-performing AI & Data Science team.
✅ Drive AI adoption across business functions and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Ideal Candidate
✔ 12-18 years of experience in Technology, AI, Data Science, or Digital Transformation.
✔ At least 5 years of leadership experience in AI/Data Science.
