About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Content Engineer - someone who can deeply understand complex technologies and technical concepts and explain them in a way that beginners genuinely enjoy learning. This isn't a documentation role. It isn't a traditional technical writing role either. You'll create educational scripts for short-form and long-form technical videos, simplifying topics like DevOps, Cloud, AI, Distributed Systems, Kubernetes, Networking, Databases, and System Design without sacrificing technical accuracy.



If you're the person who naturally reaches for a whiteboard to explain an idea—or enjoys helping teammates understand difficult concepts—you'll probably enjoy this role.

What You'll Do
Turn complex engineering concepts into engaging educational videos and create hands-on labs.
Research technical topics across DevOps, Cloud, AI, Linux, Kubernetes, Distributed Systems, Networking, Databases, and Software Engineering.
Write explicit, conversational scripts that teach concepts from first principles.
Build hands-on labs.
Build explanations around practical examples rather than textbook definitions.
Break difficult topics into logical learning steps that beginners can easily follow.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers, designers, video editors, AI teams, and subject matter experts.
Continuously improve explanations based on learner feedback and performance data.
