Job Title: Data Entry – Inventory (Purchase & Sale)
Location: Heel You Sole (HYS), Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Job Role:
Accurately enter all purchase and sale stock data into the system.

Update inward stock (received from suppliers) and outward stock (dispatched to stores/customers).

Maintain detailed and organized records of products including EAN codes, names, quantities, and pricing.

Regularly verify that system stock matches physical inventory.

Generate and share daily and weekly stock movement and inventory reports.

Assist in physical stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

Ensure all inventory documentation is accurate and up to date.

Generate EAN codes for new SKUs/products when needed.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in inventory or warehouse roles.

Experience in handling and entering EAN codes in inventory systems.

Familiarity with EAN code generation using Excel tools or barcode software.

Valuable typing speed with accuracy and basic proficiency in MS Excel.

High attention to detail, especially with numeric data and product codes.

Comfortable working in or around a warehouse environment.
