Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the sales lifecycle for real estate projects. The individual will oversee lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures, ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to final transaction.



Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the sales team, tracking performance against targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with marketing and operations to align campaigns and inventory with market demand. The Sales Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, represent the company at site visits and events, and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities. This position offers compensation up to 5.5 LPA, with performance expectations tied to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
